Who we are
Natalia Music Lessons is run by Natalia Reale, a self-employed music teacher based in Swindon. Natalia is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact her at info@nataliamusiclessons.uk or on 07769 260553.
What information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the booking form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, or book lessons, we may collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your preferred lesson date and any message you send
- the pupil’s name, age or school year, instrument and current level
- exam entries and progress notes needed to teach the pupil
- any other information you choose to share to help with lessons, such as learning needs
If the pupil is under 18, we collect this information from a parent or guardian.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a trial lesson
- to plan and teach lessons and keep track of progress
- to send lesson reminders, invoices and receipts
- to enter pupils for ABRSM or Trinity exams when you ask us to
We use this information because it is needed to arrange and provide the lessons you ask for, for the everyday running of the business, and to meet legal requirements such as keeping financial records.
Photos and videos
We never publish photos or videos of pupils on this website or on social media without written permission from the pupil, or from a parent or guardian if the pupil is under 18.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is only shared when needed to provide our service, for example with ABRSM or Trinity when entering a pupil for an exam, or with the companies that host this website and our email. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- enquiries that do not lead to lessons: up to 12 months
- pupil records: while lessons continue and for up to 2 years afterwards
- invoices and payment records: 6 years, as required by HMRC
